As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Marriage is a sacred bond, ordained by the divine will of Allah. Seeking a spouse requires patience, introspection, and faith in Allah. It is through sincere prayer and supplication that we seek guidance and blessings in this important life decision. You must not stop asking Allah for a righteous spouse, but do not make particular dua about someone (i.e., “Ya Allah, give me her in marriage”). What if she is not good for you? What if your life will get destroyed if you marry her? I advise you to make dua for a righteous spouse and leave the rest to Allah. We do not know the future, so have tawakkul in Allah’s wisdom. Ultimately, the choice of a life partner rests in the hands of Allah, and we must trust in His wisdom.
May peace and blessings be upon those seeking a righteous and fulfilling marriage.

Praise To be Allah.
Brother has 2 part of the question.
First of all, What if it is Obligatory for My father to go to Hajj or Qurabanii??
The answer depends on Your Father’s ability. If he is able now to give a Qurbani or afford Hajj, It is Obligatory for him.
Hajj is not obligatory except for the one who is able to do it, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka‘bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allaah, those who can afford the expenses (for one’s conveyance, provision and residence)” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:97].
The Second part of the Question is That, Your father is very uninterested about Islam and If you tell him to pray, he tells you that he will give his own answer, It is true. But Do you know What is the meaning of “Marfot“??
Marfot means through. What is the Work of ” through ” in salah. It is you and Allah.
Come to your Question. When you have the ability and your Own Money and all this stuff, you have to do Qurbani and Hajj. But it is not Obligatory for you. But, you have to call them to the Path of Allah with Wisdom and softness. And Do not ever be rude with then. Allah Says In the Quran,
So, Give them Dawah and do Your best. Inshallah, Allah Will Give you great reward in the Hereafter.

If your parent reject the idea, you CAN ask for a different wali.
Make a list of 7 to 8 things that you won’t tolerate and listen to his, then go from there. Make use of the Nikah and ask question that actually really matter. Like polygamy, live style, friend group, job, if you’ll stay with his family, if you guys will settle elsewhere, criminal history, family health, etc.
So long as you are satisfied with his piety and his character, that should fine. Being compatible is a plus.
