If a person is sick can he/she pray and fast? What are Islamic ways to pray for his/her health? Also, can a person that is sick with a long-term illness go to hajj? What are other ways she can pray?

In Islam and according to the Hadith, a Muslim must pray their 5 Daily Prayers unless they have a physical disability that is stopping them for moving (paralyzed). There are ways to pray if you are sick so I would recommend watching some YouTube videos on it.
To your second questions, a Muslim with long term health is not obligated to go to Hajj if their physical status is preventing them. The Prophet Muhammad SAW said that there are 6 people exempt from Hajj, and one of them is the sick/injured.
I hope that answers your questions Inshallah.
I would like to add to the previous answer that although salah is not exempted for a person who is sick but if they are indeed sick to an extent they can’t stand , they may sit and pray and if they can’t do that then lay down and pray and such is the Mercy of Allah SWT .
